HHM is a MO/KS licensed mortgage loan processing company, established on January 12, 2018.

HHM Processing LLC was created out of the need to find relief for all the busy Mortgage Brokers/Mortgage Loan Originators. Their biggest pain point is and will always be….. “PROCESSING”.

This can make or break an Originator, literally. It slows them down and pays nothing.

So, they have two choices…

1. Have an in-house Processor. This is a huge expense and unnecessary overhead, especially if the quantity of loans per month are inconsistent.
2. Or, they must process loans themselves. This is extremely stressful as they have to learn all of the various lenders’ websites and unique processes to get a loan from start to finish. It becomes overbearing and causes rapid burnout.

What most end up realizing is that the most prosperous Loan Originators earn their money by creating new loans, not being bogged down pushing papers.

To solve this blaring need, HHM Processing LLC was formed. We are here to be your third-party processing company and process your loans with a smile!

We currently have two full-time Processors and one assistant who will lighten your load and ensure the job is done with the utmost care and speed. They are stellar at communication and people skills and have years of industry experience.
